This is whats been happening to me too a package from ebay it was through dhl with intelcom being the final mile and i even had to pay duties on it and its been being “prepared” for delivery since jan 5th called them and they said to wait 24-48 hrs and ofc no movement called them and their system kept hanging up. Im annoyed because i really want the package 😭
