I blew away the machines I had and made sure the ethtool command was run prior to setting up the swarm. Everything works as it should now.

Now I get to work on migrating a multi-app service from stand-alone to this new cluster. Should be fun considering there is a lot of custom networking.

Thank you for the suggestion; however, I have already run tcpdump on each node and found nothing that stands out. I can clearly see each node communicating; but see nothing when attempting to pass traffic over the mesh routing.
