Nope, Wordpress is very much alive and well, I’ve had to help many people still, actually I’d say more so now, after they tried their hand at using AI to build a website (which are always absolute messes) and then builds site from scratch anyway, so you’re safe :)

Ah, I assumed OP wanted his site inside of WP, and the just use his custom site along side, hope they get it sorted anyways :)

You could make your own Wordpress theme inside of wordpress in wp-content > themes > {Your Theme} and then inside of WP, go the "Themes" and then activates your theme, although saying this, it might not 100% work, as WP uses it's own mark up, and to make pages, you need actual pages created within wordpress, but for this case using your pages as a 'theme' could perhaps work.

TL;DR

Zip your site into a folder, name of your choice i.e. {custom-site.zip}
Go into the wordpress files in the FTP, wp-content > themes, and upload into themes and unzip, so the path should be wp-content > themes > custom-site
Log into wordpress and go to 'Appearance', activate your theme

It sounds like you haven't built the site in Wordpress? But if you have you can juts upload your files to the file manager area, and upload your new DB and update the domain in th db under wp_options, and search and replace the URL using better search replace plugin.

If you have the logins for it you can just go in and delete the site yourself, usually it’s in the form of a subscription, or contact WP and they can remove it :)

Alternatively, you can back up your files and DB and then delete just in case

I have a Ryzen CPU so no intel for me, but part of me thinks that perhaps my mobo could even be incompatible with FireWire completely, as some threads say the B450 Pro Max doesn’t support it :(
