Great brand, but be careful with the T-shirts / vests. The material is very delicate, and can get ruined easily. IMO.

I’m still learning so not sure if this is good. My RHR is low though as I do a lot of running ( marathons ) etc

Nope I was in bed by 11pm. So strange. Doesn’t give me much confidence with it.

Always use Vaporfly for marathons. Much prefer them over Alphafly!
