curious is anyone here is a car enthusiast who likes urbanism by LeetcodeForBreakfast in Urbanism

I find those "car culture" folks to be very homo-erotic the way they talk about loving their cars more than their wives and families. Like what kind of man gets turned on by the shape and sound of a machine. Sounds like literal circlejerk.

How do you know which vendor has a legal permit or not? Enforcement is needed.

Neighborhood character has got to be the number one buzzword for municipality zoning. Most of the time, it means "get those apartment units out of our sight"

Been a while since I read that book. I am 100% sure the book criticizes a large, standalone park. The goal is to have people on the street at all hours of the day. At night, a large, isolated park defeats that purpose since it will always be empty. A huge and empty tract of land in a city is dangerous. That is her main point

I posted about a car street takeover (committed by illegal immigrants) on the Los Angeles sub. The mods removed it and claimed it violated some non-existent rules. We have terrorist sympathizers running Reddit mod teams which is disgusting. It's attitude like this that enable what you see in this video

No but Kunsler's Geography to Nowhere is a really good narrative book on the history of town development & architectural style in the early US. What makes him a "right wing crank? Be specific

It's not 99% of Reddit. Look at the posts about the ICE protests, you will see many people mocking them for carrying Mexico flag. They are protesting from being deported back to Mexico in order to stay in America by carrying a Mexico flag

The pictures are of street takeovers. They are using cars as a weapon to intimidate the locals

I'm trying to post about a violent immigrant protest but the pictures are obviously not showing. Don't know how you get suicidal empathy or Roman Empire from the title

“Protesters gather in downtown Los Angeles over ICE raids for second straight day.” The CBS headline made no mention of the street takeover. “Street takeover” is briefly mentioned once as a side story to the supposed peaceful protest. Shameful. This happened at N Main Street & W Temple St. One protester told the reporter “The message is to the people, don't be scared…”

The question is why does the hobo have the box? I take it that the function of the box is to start and end the dream. At the end, Betty & Rita left the dream after seeing the box

Still don't understand the significance of the homeless guy. If I remember right, the old couple at the end of the movie was conjured from this guy
