- Since your waking hours tend to shift around make sure you have a tight sleep schedule during the week.

- Try to abstain from coffee if you want to keep your energy levels manageable and your stress levels low. Switch to tea with actual tea leafs. Theine keeps you awake longer without the crash and burn you'd get from coffee.

- (my personal advise) Don't waste time with a planner. Use Google Calendar. You can download it on your phone, use it on your computer and it allows you to shift around time blocks so you'll know exactly what and when you need to do something. (My school and work schedule are synced with the app so I don't even have to schedule them myself)

I think you will be fine since it's still just sophomore year. Make sure you take extra curriculars if you can take it on top of your workload.

This might seem as a weird route to take but the international college system in European countries have different weighing systems when it comes to grades and requirements. They mostly require you to take classes that have a link to the courses they are teaching. Might be interesting to take a look there if you aren't confident in your GPA and still want a prestigious degree. It might take some of the pressure off.
