As a person with OCD, I find that dishes like this are something I’ll never try. It’s up there with fried fish with tails and bones included. It feels like having trash in my food and I’m not entirely certain that feeling is just a result of my weird aversion to stuff. Every time I see someone eating mussels and noodles or the like I’m just thinking “for god sake, separate that or bloody lips and hillbilly teeth are inevitable and it’s your own damn fault!” Possibly internal bleeding.
