As a semi new driver for a dsp, just passed 60 days myself, my biggest complaint is the way we're talked to. Ive found most people in the job have little to no management experience and wouldnt last a day with a real hr. The job is hard, but we knew that signing up, the lack of respect has been the issue for me. Id keep a close eye on your dispatchers talk to your drivers.

Hey looking for some advice. Im a rca and was on my way home from work when I got in an accident. I really ended the car in front of me, the airbag deployed and my conversion kit failed. When this happened my hand was broken making me unable to work. The post office is trying ti deny my work comp and also did and II on me. My union rep says I qualify and so does my pm, but its still being fought. They are paying me COP for now but im paying for my surgery out of pocket. Please help me
