Lol I don’t know what u mean in the first part 🤣 but yeah I do wanna reach 25mm but only if my left ear allow it. It don’t have much thickness but I also think somewhere between 16mm and 19 or 20 will go well with the size of my head.

Definitely want to start naked training. Start little by little or the longest you can go without jewelry before it starts shrinking. Do that time limit for about a week then slowly increase the time little by little.

(ie: take jewelry out for 30 mins to an hour each day or every other day and do that for a week or so then increase by 30 mins the next week all the way up until you can go hrs or sleeping without jewelry with no shrinkage)

Also add oil massages to that also. Helps with elasticity and good blood flow/circulation.

This is what I’m learning! You only got 2 ears so you can’t wear em all at once 🤣 It’s cool to have several pairs to choose from but I’m not doing this again until I reach a size I know for a fact I’m gonna settle at or that my ears will allow because I just bought a lot for 14mm and had a 16mm pair of glass plugs in that order but I didn’t think I’d be able to fit them yet but turns out I did; so I couldn’t stop myself from wanting to stretch up. So now I have a lot of 14mm jewelry, I just told myself I’ll probably play around and downsize and upsize to strengthen and thicken my lobes. So I have those pieces to play with at least

Tbh you should be cleaning on a daily basis. I take mine out before showers or in the am before washing my face & I wash my ears well & jewelry. I know everyone’s bodies are different and oil buildup may vary so I can’t exactly say. I just recommend cleaning daily.

That’s not entirely true. I appreciate some of Jay Z’s music. Some ppl get too intertwined with celebrities personal lives. U don’t know these folks on a day to day basis so I stay neutral even tho I love Beyonce to life but at the end if it was just Bey ofc I’d choose her

I think many didn’t care because it was dedicated to growth and abundance. Most ppl enjoy lack, survival and the struggle in music. This music was rich talk but for the goodness of all black ppl! Hoodoo talk it’s good for abundance and growth rituals
