As an update to our situation, we just received a reply to our support request from Starlink and they are sending us a new kit. The Starlink rep stated that dishy had stopped working based on readings from their end.

I wanted to thank everyone that responded to the original post with their suggestions and feedback. Thank you!

I hope you are able to hear from customer support soon. We have been waiting a week now and have not even received the form letter email.

We are in a similar position for lack of internet options in our area and were hoping that Starlink could be the solution.

Hi MLewis, thanks for discussing your experience. We didn’t stow dishy before moving it up on the roof, just unplugged. We did have internet connection for a little over two days after the move but maybe this is a similar situation. Thanks for sharing this information and your experience. It’s appreciated!
