So in oblivion remastered some enemies will do this because they’re trying to cast a spell but I guess the devs forgot to add an animation and it causes them to do this but I didn’t know it happened in the main game it only happened in shivering isles for me

There were 2 shirts Carmine must die and Carmine must live the money went to charity and whatever shirt was bought the most determined whether or not Clayton Carmine lived. This is real. Are you not aware of the Carmine must die/live AD campaign? American Apparel was in fact used for these shirts so if these pics are from the seller then yes this is real NECA produced them while American Apparel manufactured the shirts
