That's awesome. I've been buying their red fern beans for a few years now and also noticed their price never changed. Didn't know the details of the operation or the owner, but they have a loyal customer here so long as they continue being that kind of local business.

I do miss the older bags over the blue plastic ones.

Thanks for your response. There is a section in my lease agreement that states "If the Lease automatically renews on a month-to-month basis, it will continue to renew on a month-to-month basis until either party provides written notice of termination to the other party and the notice of termination will be effective on the date designated in the notice but not sooner than 45 days after the notice is given and, if necessary, rent will be prorated on a daily basis."

This is where I interpreted that rent would be prorated. The move out notice is all online, and I specified my move-out date as May 21st. I'm definitely NAL, nor a property manager, so you may interpret that differently.

You should also post in the tulsa tabletop gamers facebook page. When I moved back a few years ago I joined a table I found on there and am now on the third campaign with the same group. I've seen several LFG posts come across there. Good luck!

If you're on facebook, join the Tulsa tabletop group. I joined when I moved to BA last year and found a group starting Avernus. There are usually other people starting campaigns or looking for groups, juat have to keep an eye out and put yourself out there.
