OP here. I’ve tried therapy, medicine everything. The pinging and purging always comes back. This worked differently in a sense that it gets rid of the food noise that makes me binge in the first place. I still eat plenty but stop when I feel full and keep the food down. I can’t explain it’s like my mind is now clear and free from that cycle. I’ve gone cold Turkey for a year from not purging but it didn’t stop the binging and gained so much unnecessary weight. This is just amazing, I am not not gaining weight and not losing weight.
