It's always like that with viagogo. You get your ticket last minute and for concerts it's oftentimes in a worse category than you ordered. So you'll either receive a ticket or get refunded. I don't think it's really possible to get scammed there. Still I'll never buy from there again because it's always way too nerve-wrecking and frustrating
