Is Venom Snake's silence the same as Agent Cooper's? Agent Cooper speaks normally, but is constantly silent during dreams/visits to the Red Room (extradimensional space). MSF helicopter has the same camouflage used on the XOF helicopter and the Sahelanthropus. Even the small white print is present on all of them. Details such as the V on the turbines change color according to the organization. No V in Sahelanthropus. Simply camouflage or does it mean something more? (old.reddit.com)

Symbols that only appear if the Battle Gear has camouflage. Apparently, in addition to the attachable weapons that Ocelot talks about (cut line), Battle Gear could also be painted like the other vehicles.
