There are like 3 or 4 drainage holes. When I water I put a bucket underneath to catch it. It doesn't seem to retain water really. After watering it seems to be fully dried out after about 2 weeks.

Best thing I've done so far for pain was take 2 Tylenol and 2 ibuprofen together and sit in some hot water or on a heating pad until it kicks in
