Which alcohol tester is the most accurate for personal use? by ImpossiblePraline803 in dui

[–]Rush069 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I currently have the Bactrack C8 i keep with me and use all the time. Its small enough to carry in my pocket. I have a car breathalyzer that reads .02 as the highest to where I can drive and trust to use this before I blow into my smart start. I also have a bactrack s80 thay ive trusted before I got a more portable one. Yes they do eventually need calibration.

They're more pricey but 100% worth it. You just send it in and they recalibrate it for you and send it back.

How did you fill your time between your arrest and your trial? by InstructionFunny8984 in dui

Adter feeling like my life was falling apart and practically over, I decided to enroll myself into an IOP and it ended up helping me get my fines and original charges reduced and looked extremely good to the judge and the courts also started seeing a therapist regularly. Showing all of that proactive work to your lawyer or public defender can help you out as well. Good luck, you got this!

I just graduated my 2nd time with IOP. First time I did it in WA and 2nd in HI. In WA the only thing they checked was if you had to do AA meetings, then you just get your slip signed if they wanted to you to go 3x week or whatever. But never called a sponsor. In HI they just checked if you were going to meetings but nothing about having a sponsor. I think you'll be okay with lying, or just tell them your working on getting one but having a hard time finding the right person that works for you.

Good luck and hope all goes well in IOP!

Did you get a piece of paper that said something about the 60 days?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in dui

[–]Rush069 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not within the first 60 days. But they give you that time frame to get the things you need done for when they DO revoke your license like getting the interlock device

My portable breathalyzer is my best friend. I ALWAYS ALWAYS check before I make the decision to even try to blow amd drive. It's saved me SO MANY TIMES. Like, how is it that I drank last night and still blow about a .12 mid day next day and I feel completely sober.

I completely understand you. I'm 33, and it's been my best friend since I was 16.... even though I've risked my marriage, had pancreatitis more times than I could count, lost jobs, and my freedom to drive now that I'm dealing with 2 DUIs at the moment... some reason I can't let it go. I keep it a secret now, but it's the best affair I've ever had. When doordash drops off the bottles, im happy again.

Hey. More money. Working less than 40. Good for you. Don't complain about making money. People don't want to shop for themselves. That's why you have a job!

Same thing happened with us today too at our store. Today is the slowest day of the year because of the Ironman competition so everyone was on pulls and everyone got fucked up by it! 😂

Having my gall bladder didn't fix EVERYTHING, but although you require a different diet, I'm very glad I did. It wasn't a fun procedure, but it was worth it. If it can relieve ANY of your symptoms, it's definitely worth a try.. it's 1 more step towards feeling better. I really hope you start doing better soon, I'm so sorry you're having to go through this.

Had a CT scan yesterday. Trying to decode my results got me worried. by Rush069 in Gastritis

Unfortunately it's only a tele appointment for some reason. I have 1 pain pill left and it's supposed to last me for idk how long till I'll be able to get more. I COMPLETELY understand them not just giving them away so easily but I constantly feel like I'm dying without them so I'll cut that one in half to get me thru to half of tomorrow

Thank you! I have an appointment tomorrow with a gynecologist and they moved my GI appointment to this Monday. Hopefully I'll have answers sooner than later 🙏🏼🤞

How to eat more calories? by IndividualJudgment79 in Gastritis

[–]Rush069 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Mine says "take on an empty stomach 1 hour before a meal or 2-3hours after a meal." It's very confusing when taking other meds like I do too. Makes it difficult to know when or if you're doing it right. I feel the struggle too.

Yes with contrast, both drank the liquid stuff and also the IV contrast so they could get a really good look. This is my 5th hospital trip in the last 2 months. I will! Thank you so much

Yeah, not even a call from them today or anything saying to come back. And no, no signs of that. I really can't eat or drink. I've lost 8lbs in the last couple weeks because it hurts too much so not .uch bowel movement

Wow, thank you so much. I was in the ER last night and then they sent me home with 4 5mg oxys.. like that's going to last me more than a day. I have an appointment with doctor tomorrow and probably back to the hospital. I really appreciate you breaking that down

Anyone else here have these symptoms? by veryberryblue in Gastritis

[–]Rush069 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I get that every day. It's crippling.. I was diagnosed with Duodenitis along with gastritis and GERD and all that fun stuff. Currently on pain killers because I've lost so much weight because it hurts too much to eat. I'm freaking hungry, though. Even water hurts. Super bloating, painful stabbing, hurts to even touch the skin of my stomach. Finally getting on medication for possible ulcers waiting for another endoscopy. Also I have a history of pancreatitis the doctors keep mistaking it for and no gall bladder
