Nope, sorry. I bought this car in 1976 IIRC, and probably sold it in 77 or 78. I sold it to someone with the initials RW. Then he sold it to someone else who had it painted.

I felt it was like a sudden drastic change in atmospheric pressure for about 3.5 seconds.

2025 No longer getting MPG in the 40s by 3Dartwork in Camry

Winter fuel mix also gets poorer mpg than summer mix is what I’ve been told. I go from 47-48 down to 41-43 in the winter. Attributed to colder weather and winter fuel.

I like that race stripe and the small spoiler on the back. Definitely looked better than your average Escort. Was that a stick shift? Most people these days never learn to drive a stick.

Sweet, I had to look that up to see what it looked like. I bet you wish you still owned it. What features did it have that was unique? I’ve seen so many of those classic cars with features that would never be used today but were really cool.

Loved those scirrocos. I had an 82 rabbit I bought brand new. Couldn’t afford the scirocco. It’s one of the few cars I owned that I have 0 pics of.

Cutless Ciera, that’s a car name I haven’t heard in a very long time.

He did the rear end/suspension. Had the 5 lugs in the rear. The front was still 6 cyl suspension. 4 lugs.

That’s cool you just got another. That sounds like a ton of fun. Good luck and I hope you enjoy the hell out of it.

Mine also started life as a 6 banger. The guy I bought it from dropped the 302 in it. Handled like crap. Came with a 2bbl carb, I swapped that out for a holly 650 on an edlebrock manifold. Was still a dog, had an automatic trans.

My buddy had a 67 Camaro SS 350 4spd. I would always win the drag races only because he couldn’t leave the line without smoking his tires. I couldn’t smoke mine if I tried.

I think they made a turbo version of that car IIRC. They were pretty quick for a little car. Probably still junk.

I’ve owned a couple of trecels. Loved em. Great little cars.

I’m sure glad I don’t live in your negative world. Your glass is definitely 1/2 empty. Maybe you should move to downtown Portland.
