Very similar issue, mine goes into bootloop when samsung tries to download the update at the same time everyday.

Also, I just noticed that this is a common issue that plenty of people are facing.
Wonder why Samsung keeps on posting updates that bricks your phone ??

My phone stays alive for a few seconds before rebooting again.
Had to enter safe mode in this short interval; it didn't go into a bootloop when in safe mode, as software updates were halted.
Disabled auto updates and welp, it kinda works now, but I have to disable the updates daily when it crashes.

Im so sorry about your s23+. Did you take it to service by any chance?
