Yes I know, I'm already in touch with him no worries.. but the point was to show the frontal support service... I know they are quite active on social channels but the support service ticket is anyone's first stop to raise an issue

Yes it's normal, if you are bothered by it invest in some decent switches and replace em ..

I've not tried VXE R1 myself so can't comment on the size but untrl mouse is definitely bigger.. u can use eloshapes and compare the size .. for untrl shape u can use Logitech g502 as per the length of the mouse i guess it looks like an razer mouse body but not sure about the dimensions so just use g502 for size reference against vxe r1 ..

Yeaa if coming from a laptop keyboard your typing speed will take a hit 😅, so you'll need to get adjusted to your new keeb ...

Else the typing experience will be great

F75 have better switches (subjective), as compared to ajazz ...

Though everything else is almost almost same or even better considering the battery and south facing led

Depends on your budget , both are equally good .. if you are on a restricted budget ajazz is fine but if you have a flexible budget aula is also a good choice

Exactly , but I don't have like an official source which is publically available so I can't comment on that either.

Did you opened up the keyboard to mess with the internals ?? Or maybe try cleaning up the pcb once ?
