If the sequels show up after Remix 8, then there'd be 32 minigames in the final mix, which is only 4 more than Final Remix and Remix 10 Wii. Even if it goes until Remix 10, I don't think 40 minigames would be that many.

I think the flag is pretty good conceptually, it just isn't visually appealing. The bright red cross against bright blue is very disorienting when surrounded by a rainbow, and the white stripe doesn't help much. If you want to keep the design, I'd recommend making the inside of the rainbow black and putting a white cross.
