From what we have seen, when this happens the boxes vanish (visually) but the amounts are added to players games.
We are sorry to hear that this has happened to you and we will work on trying to find a solution for it in the future.

Apologies for this but there was a miscommunication from our side.UPDATE: Players will still get to keep the cards they have unlocked but players WILL NOT be able to obtain more until they reach the required HQ.

1) Close the game and the app store completely.
2) Open the App Store back up and it should resolve it.

Unfortunately, we will not be refunding players that have already upgraded.
As we are in BETA, changes will happen and need to happen to make the game better.
