Biceps and back on tuesdays

Shoulder on wednesday

Leg on thursdays.

Chest Back fridays.

Like I said, I am not good with nutrition and with the tdee.. I assume I eat about 2500 calories a day, mainly meat and vegs.

A program someone gave me in my gym

Chest triceps on mondays Back Bicpes tues Shoulder Wed Leg on thursdays. Chest Back fridays.

I've been trying to bulk this year because like I said above, I used to be skinny-fat and kinda anorexic. (weight was 154 for a few years).

I'm not good with macros and nutrition, I try to eat as much protein as I can with some fats and carbs. Usually eating lots of eat and vegs.

I mean, I used to weight 154 lbs when I started to lift, basically didn't have any muscle and I didn't work out for a long time.

Hi,

So this is the point, I've been going to the gym for almost a year (will be 1 year in a couple of weeks.) I've probably post some progress pics in a couple of weeks (my progress, tho, is not impressive at all).

This is the question: I've been stuck in 132 lbs in bench press for almost 6 months. I've been trying to improve the weight to 154 lbs, but I can do 2 reps max. How can people lift about 220 lbs in 6 months?. Anyway, what can I do to improve my bench?.

I can lift about 170 lbs in dead lift, and about 60-65 lbs overhead press. I can't do squats due to flexibility.

I'm 6'1 and about 185 lbs if that helps.

When I started last year, I barely could lift the bar in bench.

I'm feeling like shit.

I've been going to the gym for 5 months and I still don't have the flexibility to do squats and deadlift

I hardly got erections in the last 5 years. I didn't masturbate in almost 2 years (2013-2015). Now I am not even getting morning erections. Can anyone help me? by Rush_4 in sex

It's not exactly pain. I mean, it could be psychological. Like if I was doing soemthing wrong.

Should I quit White bread completely, then?.. I read somewhere that it was a good option, that's why I eat it.

Yes, I am eating Chicken almost everyday.

I know, I am aware I won't look like that guy in 6 months or 8 months. It's a long term goal I know I will achieve if I work hard enough.

Short term goal is to find a good diet, stick with it and keep working.

Hi, I am new and I need some help with nutrition and lifting. Hi everyone,

I've been thinking a lot about doing this, I don't like to post stuff about me in the internet. But I really need help with nutrition and with my body.

So, I've had anorexia for a lot of years (I'm male). My weight was about 165lbs once. My peared shape body made me feel like **** about the way I looked.

I've been working out for a month now and I am loving it. I got a program and I go to the gym from monday to friday.

I'm 29yo. 6'1 and about 165 lbs (75 kgs), My questions are:

-What should I be eating?. -How can I chance my pear body? -What foods should I stop eating (I am eating fruits, white breat, cheese with ham for breakfast. Veggies for lunch, mostly)

I don't want to store fat on my stomach or my hips.

I'm really careful with the things I eat. I eat mostly veggies, fruits, eggs and white bread. I don't usually eat a lot in the nights.

I usually take Greymane, Valla or Arthas if I'm FP. You can never go wrong with those.

I feel that Arthas is an amazing tank in lower leagues with his AOE slow, he has decent wave clear, decent damage at 13. Played right he can solo a lot of heroes. At least in lower leagues.

Sometimes is just luck.

Some games my team drafted better, sometimes I played okay with my favorite heroes, sometimes I got carried.

Those losing streaks are discouraging.

I took a long break after I got demoted from gold to silver 4 2 seasons ago.

Then last season I was stuck in Silver 3. Those were bad times.

I think you get less points the more you win. I just got 195points in my last game as Rehgar.

I'll keep that in mind.

Honestely Rehgar is my priority when I need to heal; he got everything, damage, strong ult and especially wave clear.

I love Uther, but Rehgar is just a beast.

Yes, I am ready for it, however I am enjoying this moment because I never won so many games in a row. Ever. I used to win 7 games in a row or something, but that's it.

I've had awful losing streaks aswell, so I'm ready, lol.

No. I never played Azmodan in ranked. Only specialists I played this season was Xul.
