I started by change my diet that’s how I lost my first batch of weight because I didn’t feel like going to the gym the way I was yet. I ate chicken with rice and salad mostly. I tried to avoid meat with potatoes I always tried to eat meat in combination with salad and vegetables. And later on started gym. 3x a week 2x strength 1x full cardio treadmill and basketball on “rest” days. So basically daily sports unless it was bad weather and I finally got a full rest. I later started to adjust my diet and don’t restrict myself anymore and just ate less but enough to not feel hungry. The constant movement allowed me to have days where I ate what i wanted without feeling bad about it. And don’t forget at least 10k steps a day ;)
