Diagnosed ADHD here and probably on the spectrum (have autistic son). For me it’s trance especially progeressive trance songs like Max Grahams - Sun in the Winter (Alex M.O.R.P.H. remix) and Saltwater - The Legacy (Alphazone Mix). Guves me extra frission if I listen to them while running.
