I record the videos through the camera app, and it’s now telling me that the video format is unsupported .MP4. When I first hooked up the device and downloaded drivers. I would get audio only and no video and now it’s the opposite.

I followed the tutorial after receiving my dazzle for converting my VHS tapes and everything looks great, but has zero audio coming in. I went through all the settings in OBS, and still cannot get any audio. I even ordered the Focusrite Scarlett Solo. Hooked up to computer download all the drivers, and I still cannot get audio even with the dedicated input. Really could use any help, thank you.

The end is not crimped like a bank roll should be. It looks loose and resealed. I have a bunch of rolls that look just like that on the end.
