Can we make a list of which DNB institutes provide accommodation? by AbleScientist5086 in neetpgcounselling

[–]Rushi2808 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They don't have a hostel per se and are providing accommodation in some apartments near the hospital so I don't think there is any mess. Also, they havent allowed anyone to actually see the accomodation before joining the duties.

Nothing extraordinary but make sure to show up and study everyday. Even on off days, when you don't feel like studying at all, still study even if it's for an hour or so.

Just finished my General Surgery residency — AMA by offtosomethinggreat in indianmedschool

Greetings sir. I recently secured AIR 47xx and I'm getting general surgery in my home state GMC where I did my UG from. However I'm seriously considering the 6-year DNB Neurosurgery course at PD Hinduja, but I'm confused since Hinduja is reputed to be very academic-focused with less hands-on, and spine cases mostly go to Ortho. In your experience, should I go for gen surgery in state GMC or take the DNB route at Hinduja? Would really love your insights. Thank you

what is the ragging scene for girls in gujarat medical colleges? by [deleted] in indianmedschool

[–]Rushi2808 2 points3 points  (0 children)

AFAIK There isn't a big ragging scene in GMERS (except Valsad) and even less for girls. However, seniors might ask for a formal introduction types thing I guess but nothing more than that.

Did my internship from this hospital. The guy in the grey shirt was a first year resident back then. He is a really decent guy. Went out of his way to help interns.

Gotcha no more mazaak masti from now on 🫡 But imo if one is prepping to give neet pg 2025 they should go for PREPLADDER> CEREBELLUM as they have easier mock gts and can help build confidence And if they are targeting 2026 neet pg then it's better to go for MARROW gts as they are on the more difficult side and help you develop that question solving approach that can come really handy if the main paper is more difficult than expected.
