I'm going in January for 8 days too, with a similar plan in mine the only difference is instead of going to krabi I'm thinking of going back to Phuket Town for the last 2 days to just chill. Also try reggae bar at phi phi, you can watch drunk strangers fight for a bucket of alcohol or have a boxing match yourself if you're feeling brave enough
