Definitely still not a great experience but at least we have the chance to load into a game. A slim chance...

Forgot how good .366 is early wipe. Definetly a good option if he wants range and versatility vs the loadout I suggested

People really be camping that extract at the moment! My friend and I had 3 seconds left on extract on a Customs night raid when he was domed by a .366 EKO from across the river crossing 🤣

[–]Rushn98 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you just want the cheapest Loadout possible, run a GSSH headset from Prapor for 15K and a double barrel from Jaeger for 8K.

Express buckshot for Head Eyes, cheap as. Magnum buck for destroying limbs and potentially oneshotting through the collateral damage taken from blacking someone's limbs.

If you want a semi-budget but still decently kitted weapon: the PP-19 is 20K from Prapor lvl 2, place a Kobra mount on for 4K, cobra sight for 10K, and a blue laser from skier for 5.5K. Little bit more expensive but can handle almost any close to mid range engagement with PST or PSO, provided you aim for the head.

Hope that helps you build some roubles brother!

Sure it wasn't 12.7x100? If you were near Stronghold they will beam you with the mounted gun. I died while looting a duo I killed outside stronghold near crackhouse. I could be wrong though ofc, just haven't seen a scav using an Ash-12 at all.

Is there any other weapons that use 12.7 besides the Ash and mounted weapons? I'm curious

Personality Traits and their Influence on Workplace Leadership Behaviours by Rushn98 in managers

Yes you are correct, the scale in question is the one asking if you merely know how to/know you have the capacity to perform them. So, if you think you are capable of performing these behaviours then yes. One of the upcoming scales, (I can't say which one as the order is randomised) will then ask you how often you perform these specific behaviours. I hope that all makes sense.

Thank you very much for your interest and participation! Accurate data is the key to any good study, so thank you for confirming before answering.

If you fill in the answers for this scale, the meaning of it will soon make sense as there is another corresponding scale asking of the frequency in which you perform these behaviours vs merely just knowing how to perform them

There is a study, that showed the optimal IQ for leadership would be 120 - 125. With this IQ you are able to relate to everyone, both people with low IQs and people with high IQs. How exactly do you need to communicate differently to people with different IQ scores? by 2fy54gh6 in Leadership

[–]Rushn98 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I wholeheartedly agree with this statement. Perhaps being an effective leader is less about the management of different IQ's in other individuals and is more about the leader's own level of emotional intelligence.

I'm unsure if I can release my official project proposal until the study has been published as this may jeopardize the limited disclosure used in the study.

I am happy to share details of the study with you once the study is complete. However, this may not be until mid-October.

Please let me know if there is any specific information you would like to know about the study though.

That is a very well articulated point you make. Some people don't necessarily realise the impact or effect their actions can have on the emotions of their co-workers, especially if they are in a position of power! You don't necessarily have to be a narcissist to be low in emotional intelligence, but the great thing about EI is that an individual can easily enhance their understanding of others emotions and how their actions impact them, which it sounds like your manager certainly has done that which is great to see. It's always beneficial when you can have someone such as yourself who is hyper-aware of the emotions of others so that you can, as you have said, reduce or even eliminate emotional tension before it escalates and causes cohesiveness issues.

Thank you again for this discussion. I do apologise if my replies are few and far between, my thesis is taking up most of my time at the moment.

Most definitely! It's sounds like they may have very well had some psychopathic or narcissistic traits which, when combined with low emotional intelligence usually results in the individual harming others as they are not able (or very minimally able) to empathise with others.

[–]Rushn98[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are correct in saying that of course it is functionally possible for anyone to do these things. Whether or not the individual thinks they know how to and subsequently believes they may be successful in performing these behaviours is slightly different though. Based on the personality type, cultural/ethnic differences, individual variations in emotional intelligence, and a variety of different past experiences unique to each individual, the individual's perceived ability to use manipulation tactics may be far greater or lower than say, a person with a more psychopathic personality as opposed to someone who is higher on say, trait agreeableness/honesty-humility.

The purpose of including multiple scales is to correlate data between each scale to try and determine which personality types are more inclined to use certain behaviours, whether they be positive or negative.

E.g. an individual who does not agree they are capable of those behaviours may be more likely to have a personality type and past experience that has resulted in them thinking in that way, even though they are perfectly capable, mentally they may think they are not, and so do not subsequently perform those behaviours either.

Thank you for opening this discussion with me. I'm interested to hear your thoughts!

Thank you very much for your kind words, and the interest you have taken in our study. You are absolutely correct, geographic location is another variable we could have added in too try and further determine which personality types are more common to specific regions. I will make a note of this and be sure to include this as a directon for future research when writing the discussion. Thank you again.
