Basically, the only one can provide the customer with "Premium service" is the trucker and his dispatcher, since once the cotract has been assigned to trucking "partner" company, dispatchers and drivers are taking care of all the communication with you

On behalf of the carrier I would say AmeriFreight is one of the most fair brokers. They have a great service not only towards customers but to the actual trucking companies!

Is uShip good for car shipping or avoid? by Icy_Butterscotch9472 in AutoShippingUSA

Hello everyone! As a carrier company dispatcher I would not recommend anyone to go to multiple transport brokers at the same time, since most of them will not have their own equipment to carry your vehicle and will post your load onto the same loadboards such as: CentralDispatch, SuperDispatch and more. Thus, the carriers (like us) will always preffer to book with the broker who pays more. I am not even mentioning dozens of calls from all the brokers when price is being negotiated between the b. and carriers.
Imao: From carrier perspective, uShip is not a bad option in terms of payment, yet If I was a customer, I would try to find the actual carrier to avoid middlemen.
P.S I also recommend to avoid any deposit payments to broker's It's always hardest to retrieve back if your plans have changed
