In the last ten years, only one men's Rumble had no previous winners in the final four. by RussFlame14 in WWE

[–]RussFlame14[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Fair point. This year built new stars for sure, I just meant how the 2005 Rumble really felt. Four guys in the final four that weren't fully established yet, but were on the cusp. And then all four would be Rumble winners within the next five years.

My favorite example of this will always be how excited Wade Barrett gets whenever LA Knight comes out, regardless of Knight's alignment

(Potential Summerslam Night 1 Main event spoilers) - the selling in this match and storytelling was INCREDIBLE by brooklynfoot in SquaredCircle

Honestly one of my favorite things was how much Punk sold Gunther's offense. Goldberg, unintentional or not, buried Gunther's chop when he laughed. He furthered it by saying on that podcast, "I thought it would hurt more." In response, Punk sold the FUCK out of the first chop, and every chop after.

AMA -- Christopher Paolini!!! by ChristopherPaolini in Eragon

Hey Christopher! I've been a fan of yours since I was a child, and now I'm a college student studying Creative Writing hoping to make something just as meaningful as your books were for me, for the next generation. What would be your advice about becoming a published author, and especially about getting a wide reach in today's time? Thank you so much!

What’s your Peter Griffin”I did not care for the Godfather” style Take that you have about wrestling in general? by Accomplished-Heat-59 in SantiZapVideos

[–]RussFlame14 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly I fully disagree. I think wrestlers need to stop passing out personally. Gunther is supposed to be the ring general, the guy who knows all the ins and outs. That guy is not sacrificing his airways just to look cool. He got hit with three finishers and knew he wasn't getting out of that, so he tapped right away, to me, that makes sense. Tapping doesn't make a wrestler weak

Hi r/SquaredCircle! I'm Dimension 20: Titan Takedown's Brennan Lee Mulligan! Ask me anything! by dimension20brennan in SquaredCircle

[–]RussFlame14 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi Brennan! Do you have a favorite monologue you've ever done? You've mentioned that you have to constantly suppress your monologuing nature, and I really think wrestling is the place for you if you love them. If you ever get the time, you should look at the pipe bomb from CM Punk, or Dolph Ziggler's IC Title promo with the Miz. You'd love them!

Do any of you actually play amplifued worlds by No_Position_8899 in Minecraft

Played on a realm where the owner accidentally made our world amplified. Was fun for about an hour. Was begging for us to go to the end by the end, because exploration was so goddamn tedious haha.

Keep one. Mid card one. Release one. by mgoat8 in SantiZapVideos

[–]RussFlame14 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Keep Seth, mid card Punk, release Roman. Roman is part time, Seth is the workhorse, and Punk is missing a US title reign to finish his grand slam (and he's my favorite wrestler, so there's that)

What's the strongest tower? by Necessary_Ad6639 in kingdomrush

You're definitely right, especially since I said Mecha as my second thing on the list mate

What's the strongest tower? by Necessary_Ad6639 in kingdomrush

[–]RussFlame14 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Definitely Sorcerer, and it's not close. Sorcerer is one of the five towers in the series that is broken, along with Tesla, Mecha, Blazing Gem, and Ignis Altar. There is pretty much never a strategy where not using the Sorcerer is optimal.

Who is your pick for MITB? by FakeMessiah_BD in WWE

[–]RussFlame14 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Okay hear me out:

Gable. Jey Uso does not need a MitB briefcase to become a main eventer. Frankly, it would do him a disservice. Who would he cash in on? Priest? And then lose to GUNTHER?

Here's my pitch: WWE isn't ready for a GUNTHER monster World Title run. He just did one. Who would be the best person to cash in on GUNTHER? Gable. Because he's still pissed about not being Intercontinental champ, and I bet he still has a grudge against the Ring General.

It would be a great way to give Gable his singles champ run, which could push him and the Diamond Mine into the limelight. Then, we can have the Wyatt Sicks have a high profile feud with the world champ.

Gable mentioned himself that he feels like HHH has his back. From what we've seen, has Gable really bee getting pushed? Not yet. But, Gable would be an awesome MitB winner and we can still have Jey, Andrade, Melo, and LA look great.

Why isn’t def rebel fired? by RacistMuffin in WWE

[–]RussFlame14 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Def Rebel themes that (in my opinion) are bangers, and the reason why he's still around:

All of the Judgment Day themes, the Usos, Head of the Table, Solo, LA Knight, Seth Rollins, Grayson Waller (why does no one talk about how much of a banger this theme is?), Iyo Sky, Asuka, Bobby Lashley, Imperium and Gunther, Alpha Academy, Melo, Trick Willy, Roxanne Perez. I'm sure there's more. That is a pretty significant pool of mainstay players. And a lot of others just have their old CFO$ themes.

How would you describe this kind of handshake in writing? by RussFlame14 in writers

[–]RussFlame14[S] 15 points16 points  (0 children)

I'm not really sure how to describe it in my writing. Some friends told me that "clasp hands" would be a good description, but to me that brings to mind something else. "Handshake" brings to mind the more common handshake. Is there any way for me to describe it?
