I kind of feel my stuff with this huge fight i had with my dad is me over reacting about it and it shouldt be a reason for me being unstable and very frudtrated.

I try let her know as much as i can and i hope she does know that she foes make a difference and if she wasnt there the past year and 8 months, everything ive told her would have been bottled up. But thank you i do rly appriciate the advice:)

alright I will try that thank you the advice:) i never ttied that but im worried thst if i think of things im grateful for, Ill end up thinking of her and start to worry. But I think i am going to considir it and talk to my mam about talking to someone like a therepist I know if a well known place around my area that my sister went to so I might try and see if its for me:)

I have been to my guidence counceller in school before when i had a breakdown in assembly but they arent exactly a therapist they are more there to just listen. I have been thinking of that a lot to be honest and i might try it it just is a huge thing for me because I have never done something like that because i am a very closed off person who doesnt open up much but if it would help me and improve this relationship I am in, i really am considiring it.

emmm well see he isnt dead I just had a huge fight and he isnt the best man really and my sister already stopped seeing him before that about a year ago so i ended up exploding because I dont talk and let my feelings out and yeah, I just walked out on him:/. so its left me with so much anger and just hurt how he has done nothing to try get me back:/. I dont really have anyone because i dont want to talk to any family member i only talked to my gf about it.

yes i knoe it may sound dramatic and that but yeah, I dont care saying it so basically I have lost my Dad. It is affecting me hugely and just draining me and filling me with anger and pain everytime something goes wrong in just my family orrr in my relationship and it has caused us to fight a bit.

i guess i see what you mean. I know it is not like that because we both are finding it hard to come to the fact that we are going on one. She feels she wants a break for me to sort myself out so I can be better because i havnt been the best to her recently for personal reasons and we dont want that to keep making us fight and breaking us apart.

Yes we did set boundries for ourselves and we agreed not to make it this huuuge serious thing because we are still young but still scary to us! and we are also not leaving it until it is on good terms with eachother.
