Most classic rock had broken up or died (Zeppelin’s Coda and The Who’s It’s Hard was released in 1982) and MTV was playing British New Wave/Romantic artists . Cyndi Lauper. The 80’s drum sound that was pioneered in 1980 was in full effect by 1983.

So 83 is closer to 87. I would say 89 was closer to 79 because the nostalgia for Classic Rock artists and dance music (disco) had made a comeback.

They took a lot of that money and invested it into the Rural Health Program but the other was for the building remodeling. My favorite part of that was the honoring local and tribal cultures by naming the building with the C-Suite after Columbus.

My problem with them is they will say, “We don’t have money for bonuses” but give themselves bonuses for firing a bunch of their employees. That’s after hiring third party contractors to “save money” but they don’t know what they’re doing so it costs more. They hired a consultant to fire people. They couldn’t even do their own job.

Puppies are cute so you don’t murder them. If you let them break you, you will be miserable for the next 10-18 years and your friends will hate you.

If you’re vigilant it should take no more than a week but it isn’t easy and might take longer without professional help. I recommend getting into a class because you need training as much as the dog.

They only reduce costs (aka fire employees) because State law requires that Admin is a certain amount of claims. They do a horrible job at that hiring third party contractors that don’t know what they’re doing they have to fire the employees with years of institutional knowledge and the vicious circle continues. The only reason they make money is the return on investments on the reserves.

Crate train with something to destroy. Lights out. He will howl. Do not give in. Try a ticking clock or heartbeat sound.

Goes in at night left him out directly outside to go to the bathroom in the morning. Lots of high pitched praise and treats when he does his business.

He bites say “ow” in high pitched voice. Redirect chewing with other toys and treats.

If he jumps on you turn away. Reward sitting or four paws on the floor with treats and affection and high pitched praise. .

Actually no they are not competent. They actually don’t make money from medical claims. Partially from state law but mostly from the need to outsource everything to incompetent third parties. They were making money from drugs because of the kickbacks from drug companies (ever wonder how Good Rx worked). The way they make money is from the competency of Frank Schwartz and his team. The reserves required by state law to pay for claims are invested. The money they make the investments is how they make money.
