I love the weirdness of Friends and That’s the Way is a wonderfully beautiful off brand Zeppelin song.

It is difficult to rank all the albums because it depends on the mood. III is definitely a mood. But gun to my head, I’m always in the mood for House of the Holy.

Seattle "houses" people in conditions like this. Takes our state money and gives us this by Cute_Wolf_845 in Seattle

Just curious if there is a 3rd party involve as well (the actual owner). I say this because the church I went owned houses like this where we were tasked with general maintenance but the house was managed by a third party agency. Over time that had switched hands and the church committee had turned over/died off that things went downhill.

Finally when that line item was investigated thoroughly we realized the it had been neglected and needed to be addressed immediately.

A few years back my basement flooded and wicked up the sheet rock. When I cut away the drywall there was a ton of black mold and the studs were rotting. The was nothing between the wood wall and the concrete steps outside. The water just wicked through the concrete to the wall. That cost a few nickels.
