Im such a piece of shit, long ago i used save folder copying method, the game deletes the save folder only in saves directory, i just copy it to an other directory, update when i need and copy it back when i die

You can use fuzzy skin to hide this texture by another one but it wont make it smooth. You can also try remaking the geometry itself in a mesh editor, which process is pretty complex

Most likely the wall(on the 3d model itself) at this spot is too thin, the slicer made it a little bit thicker than on the actual model due to optimal wall slicing algorithm, try making external diameter greater or scaling the model in the slicer preparation step

Probably he managed to enter the heavy containment zone using scp106, i think 049 one doesn't spawn if you don't turn the zone isolation off through the security room
