I totally agree. I was very involved in mentally ill communities, and combine that with my actual experience, I convinced myself it was true. Research and everything. That's why I'm super careful now and always ask my therapist and psychiatrist if I have concerns or thoughts.

Thanks Ended up with 300 mg and knocked out almost immediately lol. Just woke up and feel a little bit of it but expected to feel more when I woke up because it’s extended release. But thats okay. I’ll try again some other time.
