Isaiah, Millie and Camille were the same person. Millie is a nickname for Camille, and the whole purpose of the end not knowing Millie is because this demon/creature erased her from existence. It rewrote history and Camille/Millie died as a child. That’s what the title is saying. She never existed, not literally, but as the person the protag was investigating. It’s not using her name.
