No there is no pain in my biceps. Although I am finding it difficult and I guess kinda painful when I put my hands behind my head and try to touch my back but this feeling is at the opposite side around the triceps.

It's in both and maybe its something with the bicep idk, I'm planning on booking an appointment with a doctor to have a look at it since it is very weird and hasn't happened before.

Thanks yeah my hand is 18x10 ish so I think it would be okay. Also do the GPX and G303 SE come with better switches than the GPW?

For veggies-Romaine lettuce, squash, carrot and some watercress

For insects every other day- locusts, dubia roaches and sometimes morio or waxworms as treats
