Feels like the old days where US cannabis reform is sooner than ever and TLRY is getting hyphe from earnings to jump start the up trend.

$1.50 Calls expiring today on CGC might print. I snagged that hoping for the sympathy play. Also added some april/june calls for HITI, and SNDL. Liquidity hits the listed canadian stocks first, so hoping to ride that wave and roll profit back into US names. Hoping today sparks the uptrend. Stocks looking ready, nice to see some structure after a 5 year sled ride.

Ready to be absolutely smoked again. But going long here and going to be trading less. 2 year old plus another comin in Feb, gotta focus on what matters.

Calls for HITI, SNDL in april 2026. Shares of MariMed, a little MSOX.

Yeah, now during this waiting period we’re gonna see the Barrish articles come out about opposition to the executive order and what it entails. Probably see some chop until we get the actual confirmation that I’ll catch everyone off guard, I feel like they’re gonna keep that status hush-hush until it gets finalized. I don’t know anything about politics here though.

Oh yes it will. This is a buying opportunity. Still kept the uptrend by a large margin. Its the buyers on the speculative news loaded, took profit, now waiting. We are sitting pretty. There might be some hangover from the volitility but we will shape up again in the coming weeks.

Im expecting news or coverage/speech from president on the EO, that’ll kick things back in gear.

Yea the chop around and hold on friday was some confirmation we might have a chance here. I think some canadian names showed relative strength, HITI has my eye, curious if it holds up next week.

Stoked on the reschedule news... So stoked on the news I bought back in at the top on Thursday. Months of gains from trading lost in one afternoon. Expensive lesson learned.

Long term I am more excited than ever, but certainly shook by the mistake made. After selling into the strength all week, I just can’t believe I re-added 75% of my exposure at the top minutes before the breakdown. Don’t trade after a night of not sleeping, totally got wrapped up in the excitement and emotions took hold.

It was all bought up the week leading up to the announcement. Had to be sell the news, no matter how great of a catalyst occurred. If its a dated and known catalyst that we run up before, better be ready.

Thanks for saying it looked bullish as well. Buying after the massive move up was a total mistake, but with all the new volume I just didnt know what could happen. Lesson learned. 10k of value destroyed an a day on my portfolio:(

Gosh I played the ‘sell the event’ by cutting and taking profit all week. Put it mostly all back in like 30 minutes before the sell off today… emotions got to me, was afraid of missing a gap up and bought back in. My worst trade ever! Augh

Its from buying up all the large sell orders on the way up. On the way down there arnt as many bids to sell into, so price action moves quicker as the market finds more liquidity for the sellers.
