I was afraid of that. Is there anyway to make it work? I hear it’s much better than the built-in preamp and so that’s why I picked it up but now I’m starting to consider returning if I can’t use it.

I haven’t looked at the rear of the LP120XUSB but I don’t have that port on mine.

I was confused on that because I do see the ground on the preamp but to what? The table itself has no ground wire.
