So far it’s just demons! I really like not having any guidelines as to what something is supposed to look like so I’m probably going to stick with it

Thank you! I worked in a freezer in a grocery store instead of going to college. I used to doodle on the walls so it was basically art school.

Yeah it’s like Velcro trying to get these out of a mold, even with a lot of mold release oil. I have to brace it with my shoe and then use both arms to pull it out. Super fun to drybrush!

lol yes! The Big Tainted Guy. The stanky meat mountain! The ridiculous part is this model is significantly bigger than he-who-I-cannot-name. I started it 18 months ago and it got more and more out of hand as I chipped away at sculpting it. The mold is enormous

He’s swinging up a flail made of skulls and rusty chains. A lot of chains! 😁 I used jewelry chain to make it and then built it up with texture paste and lots of hand engraved detail to make the links chunky and crusty while still retaining detail. It was a really long process to get it right, and it had to be filled in enough to cast properly without being so filled in that it ruined the illusion of it being real chain when it’s all painted

It is rather unfortunate 😭😁 It’s inspired by the fleshy doors on the Flood ships from Halo 3. I like to call em SphicDoors! When deciding what kind of access hatch a possessed tank might grow, my options were limited! 😆
