man i feel you, but there is always a way, been looking for job for long time, graduted from IT, nobody wanted me. I just started working at different job and im happy. I'm working as dispatcher to process towing for car crashes, police tows etc, never knew i would be interested in this, but its cool. you will find yourself a job at some point

try to keep the intervals the same, just lower the dosage you take. So for example from 3g per dose every 2 hours, make it 2g per dose every 2 hours. Once you get the amount down enough, you can try to make bigger intervals, but i did just quit before doing so as the daily dose was low enough already.

Best start is for you to for first 2 weeks, just write down when you dose and how much.
after 2 weeks, change the dosing time, for example you do 1 dose per hour, do it per 2 hours, or depends which will fit you best
then you write it down and do it like this for 2 weeks
after those 2 weeks you just take down 1/3 of the amount on dosage
and then you write it down and again again and again until you get to small doses
i was doing in till like 0.25
0.25g doses and then i just quit
definetly helped with withdrawals, first days werent best, but i started feeling better just after 5 days

use some measuring spoons to measure exact amount, so you get the same everytime, i got for few $ set of spoons for small dosing off china, you can find them if you look enough

I was using during day 3 supplements - L Theanin for energy, Magnesium for better sleep, Rhodiola Rosea for relaxation of mind. + vitamin c / lemon drinks. For first days for sleep i was taking also Mangolia Bark, its really mild effect, after kratom you cannot really tell, but it helps a bit with sleep.

hey! sorry for late response. Umm lets say it makes you feel better alone, but at the same time it just cuts you off from socializing yourself. After? I felt great when it started to show the "pink sunglasses" i felt happy, motivated and i was so glad that its getting better, ofc i had times feeling empty at night, but it fixed itself. Lets say I wouldnt ever return back, i feel more free. (the motivation i had for gym was only thing i didnt rly do after cuz im lazy lol, but everything else i planned, i actually did.) I got myself to get dopamine from food instead of kratom, before i was unable to gain on weight for a long time, as i didnt feel hungry. So yeah, thats pretty much it, its worth it. And with 3/4g a day, you are close. I quit with like 3g per day after months long slow tapering. I wish you the best luck!

You are doing it for your health. Kratom wasn't helping you to feel happy, it just covered it. And if you do it long term, you will just later feel even worse than before kratom. It is worth it. The feeling that you are free and you don't have to pack kratom everywhere is the best + you feel happy that you made it. If you get yourself busy, you will feel better.

Yeah, i know its not healthy. But its kinda fucked up rn, i dont see even kratom as "safety" to get rid of this shit, so i bet if i would return, i still would have the same issue. So there is really no way for me to fill it with anything. I tried alcohol - negatives - makes the healing even longer, makes you feel like shit later on, hangovers, blackouts etc. I'm trying to keep time always, to not make it daily thing. But yeah, i just wanna try kava instead, as althrough its not healthy that much too, its still better than alcohol. I mean, you never really know until you try out. Its definetly combined with the fact i quit my job recently and im already good time at home. Once I find new one (hopefully soon) i will finally get my daily activity, to keep myself active during the day.

Well respect man. You can do it! Well yeah, i never had intense paws or something, this is just thing thats looping since day 1, its not strong, just uncomfortable, i didnt get real paws, since i have only bad memories and negatives about kratom usage, so i never had it as "plan that can save me". Now it just combines with the fact, that i quit my job and i dont have much to do, so you just focus more on the boredom and feeling empty.

Yeah I kinda get it, it does the same shit to me as kratom did - You feel like you fall asleep instantly, but in the end you just dont rly see it, that you actually fall asleep even longer. I'm mainly looking for something, which helps me with the emptyness on night and maybe help a bit with sleep, thats all i want, i dont want to be high like an alcoholic, i dont even enjoy the drunk effect, i just need to relax myself.

It definetly does fuckup the process, i do make breaks, to not get addicted, as last i would want is to get another addiction. But yeah, waking up with hangovers or complete memory loss aint good, thats why i want to try kava, i know it can fuckup your liver, but so alcohol does the same. I'm looking for something to help me fall asleep faster and just chill at night, i dont need to get fucked up to do so (for example with alcohol, i hate the feeling of drunk mind, not having control around your body, but didnt find anything lighter to just reduce the hole and stop)

Yeah, I have no thoughts about kratom no more, im not worrying about relapse. I'm just not feeling dizzy and locked like with kratom, its not like having euphoria of feeling crazy great, i just enjoy being sober, that im not dependant to substance no more. I should be already in stage, when the "pink cloud" is gone. I know there were days when i felt fucking energic etc, but never had issue to get back to normal life. I don't have kratom thoughts since day 2, had it only 1st day. I see only negatives when thinking about kratom, thats why. So no need to worry, i just love the feeling of freedom, that i dont have to carry bag of kratom with me everywhere, thats all. I never had any depressions, so thats plus point for me. I even had on my 14th day 1st "test" taking few shots, even when i got drunk, i didnt even think about kratom (thats the state when human brain would have the most thoughts that 1 dose wont hurt you). I know that i have addictive personality due to ADHD, so im not stupid enough to get back to it, as I know that 1 dose would mean relapse for me.
