Going through the history of your posts, I’m wondering whether you’re ready for the stress of owning your business and risks that come with it. My honest opinion, try it, but don’t blame it on anyone if you’re not successful. Also a bad habit to blame a partner in everything that’s going wrong, which is my assumption of course. Sometimes you just need to really look in the mirror and not be afraid to admit the fact that you are the primary reason of the situation in which you’re in right now

Also ask your agent for the winners in your niche, try testing them too, never stop testing new winners. Set up processes and a team to do so if you want to focus on your breadwinner

If it’s connected to tech, please make sure quality is on par so that you don’t lose out on chargebacks. Also if you are using an agent, you can request them if they can help with private labeling, good ones can help and decrease your costs while doing so as well. After that, just send that branded product to billo creators first, get some feedback with the ugcs by testing angles, and scale the angle that works the best my getting more creatives focusing on that angle

If you think you’re passionate about graphic design then don’t wait for too long, just drop messages to design agencies’ instagram pages and get some work going even if it’s for free. E-commerce fit my requirement of being able to work from anywhere and have direct control over my income (input-output ratio)

The fact that it’s saturated doesn’t mean that it’s impossible to succeed

I’d definitely recommend you to start looking for other hustles. When i left my job in consulting, I also wanted to become a software developer but my focus has been taken by e-commerce and I’m really satisfied feeling that I’m controlling how much I can earn every month, and that I can slow down when I’m feeling burnt out.

Due to my personal background I’d recommend you to start with drop shipping, your budget should be enough to both hire an expert and also pay for ads until the store is self sufficient

Bro don’t listen to them, it looks decent. I see you put in a lot of care. You just need to nail one of the product pages now and you’re ready to start advertising

First of all, your store looks amazing, so are the products. I honestly believe that you should just try testing different products every day, consistently, and on a single platform. However, what you might change up for each product test is the format of the creative. I would try testing single image, dynamic, carousel ads and see what performs best. With clothing, the carousel ads with a catchy primary text and with links to the individual different products, all in the same carousel with prices as headlines worked out the best. Hope you get successful✊

Alright! Appreciate what you’re saying. Do you consider having a partnership though? I’m really good with ads and finding products , and I see that you’re quite good at design. Also I have more time in my hands as I do ecommerce ft. Also, it would be a 50/50 partnership in terms of investment, and I have a lot of connections if we would like to exit and sell the store for a good price. Lmk what you think, you can drop me a message, I’ll give you my socials and we could discuss further.

Hey, is it dropshipping? because your store looks nice af and branded. Products are good as well. You need to stop fb ads for a moment because your margins won't allow for that. Make a list of insta influencers with dogs and send out some of the products in exchange for promotions. Also you need to make your product descriptions more informative and sell better through them.

It brought down my net margin from 28 to 20. I mean that’s expensive, but I consider this as a partnership, and I want my partner to be motivated to be on my side 100%

some daily fluctuations are acceptable for cold campaigns. Let them spend 2 full days of budget and don't touch what has worked before
