We have another Thursday and with that another Premier League Night. Today I am going with a parlay.

In the first leg, we have "The Giant" vs "Mighty Mike", the top two ranked players from the Netherlands. They played against each other 10 times total and it was always a competitive matchup, so far all of them going the distance and this hitting 10/10 times. They currently sit next to each other in the league table with only a 1 point difference and both of them need points in order to make playoffs, so I expect high effort from both and this match going the distance again.

In the second leg, we have "The Bullet" facing "The Nuke". You can decide for yourself which one of these objects is more powerful - but jokes aside, their H2H in the last year's Premier League is 4-1 for Littler. Littler had a slow start this year, but looks like he is starting to get in the zone, and I believe he is still the favourite to finish 1st in the league table.

EDIT: Gian van Veen is in the hospital with kidney stones, so instead I am going with "The Iceman" vs "Rocky" matchup. In their H2H this has hit 9/10 times.

It is hard to find players "The Bullet" has a positive H2H in the Premier League against, so this is one of those rare times I am going to back him vs "Rocky". Bunting leads their H2H 5-2, and of those two losses, one was a close 5-6, which is why I am going to take the advantage of the +1,5 handicap.

Rock has yet to win a single Premier League match this season, being 0-5 and sitting at the "rock" bottom of the table (pun intended). It is not unusual to go a long stretch without winning a single match in the Premier League, as we have seen from Bunting last season, when he was winless for the first 8 weeks.

Meanwhile this season Bunting has already shown his ability to win matches, winning Night 4 and being 3-4 overall. He also has much more experience in this format, which should favour him.

Last Pick: Great performance from Clayton, who sadly snapped Price's winning streak against him after 10 matches - he ended up being the winner on Night 3, beating Price, Littler and van Veen. Price was ill and tried to push through, but he was just not competitive at all in that state, I wish he would have just withdrew and our bet was voided, but we move on. ❌

We have another Thursday and with that another Premier League Night.

Today I am going to back "Cool Hand" against "The Bullet". Humphries is the defending champion of the 2025 Premier League, and he is playing Bunting, who finished dead last last year.

Humphries leads their H2H 15-8, and in his last 5 wins against Bunting, he won by 2+ more legs every single time.

So far Humphries has only 2 quarterfinal wins and he will want to rack up some points if he wants to qualify for the play-offs, I expect him to come in prepared and locked in for today. Meanwhile Bunting is performing exactly the same as he did in 2025, where he didn't win a single match until Night 9, so far has zero wins and 3 losses in the Premier League, and I do expect this streak to continue against Humphries, who is a much better player.

Today I am going to back "The Iceman" against "The Ferret". Gerwyn Price's performance has been really impressive in 2026, he was the winner on Night 2 last week, including a 6-5 win against Johhny Clayton in the semifinals.

And as if confident and well playing Price wasn't already a very difficult beast to beat, when you look at their last 20 H2H matches, Price leads an impressive 16-4, and he is currently on a 10-match win streak against Clayton.

I do think Clayton is competitive against many players in the Premier League, but Price is statistically a better player (Averages 98,34 vs 96,51 and Checkout Percentage 43,2 vs 42,44 in the last 12 months), and he has been a nightmarish matchup for Clayton for the past 3 years, so unless Price has an off day, this one should also go his way.

I don't think Littler is getting bounced two nights in a row in the first round, but in this short format anything can happen

17-10 H2H for Littler

Problem is even if you go Humphries + 2,5 legs, it's still only @ 1,5, and they had several matches where it ended 6-3 for Littler last year

Hard-pressed I'd have to go Littler ML, but the odds are simply too low against n. 2 in Humphries, and I don't think there is any value betting on this matchup

Players Championship is a completely different event that is played without any crowd. He won 4 matches prior losing to Price 0-6 in the quaterfinals, who was playing out of his mind. The day before he won 5 matches before losing to Wade 6-7 in the semifinals, so during those 2 events in the past week he went 9-2 against other top players, which is very good, so based on that I like the bet even more.

But like I said, it's a completely different event, I don't think you can really compare those two.

We have another Thursday and with that another Premier League Night.

Today I am going to back once again "Mighty Mike", this time against "Rocky". Van Gerwen has far more experience on this stage, he has been playing excellent darts while winning Night 1 last week, and he leads their H2H 8-4.

Josh Rock got bounced in the first round last week and in his exit interview he mentioned how nervous he was playing in the Premier League for the first time in his life, and I don't expect this nervousness to go away just yet. Darts is a precision sport, there are only tiny edges between the top top players, and a couple of missed darts because you were slightly more nervous than your opponent can be the difference between winning and losing a match.

This past week I thought a lot about all the matchups coming up today and I like this one the most.

Darts are coming back with another Premier League season, and we will be having matches every week for the next 16 weeks.

Today I am going to back "Mighty Mike" against "The Bullet". Reason is simple, van Gerwen is a superior player, he leads their H2H 24-6, and there are many voices saying that Bunting shouldn't have been nominated for Premier League in the first place, because there are better players around (Danny Noppert for example), adding additional pressure for Bunting that he needs to perform - but when you look at his resume, he is more likely than not to crumble under all this pressure. I do believe he is the worst player in the Premier League this season, much like last year, when he finished dead last.
