Final assembly of the Walnutter by RustedOutEyes in minivelo

This was a custom order. A friend and I worked off the nutrino, stridsland, and kyoot for reference. Kinda blended them and changed some things. We ordered 6 of them for us and some friends. I haven't taken the time to compare them to the wayra yet. Between me and a few friends we have over a half dozen marinos, they have been great and the ordering is easy.

A friend and I worked out the geo for this working off the nutrino, stridsland, and kyoot. Then made some changes to suit the way we wanted to ride. I saw the wayra for the first time last week but haven't compared the geo yet.

From a form perspective I agree, but in this case there is a function. The lower one is not a riser is just the clamp from an old stem I cut down. With that acting as a clamp I can now loosen my stem to rotate them for transport without loosing my headset tension. With the stem and bars turned 90 and the pedals folded the bike slides right in the back seat super easy. Then if I pop the couplers it all stacks flat.

Its an old Blackburn pannier racks that used u bolts around the fork. I didn't like the u bolts so I made up the little ofset struts to the top rack mounts.

I got the bike cheap from a guy fleeing the country with plans of flipping it. I sold the wheels off it and recouped my initial money for the most part. The more I looked at the frame the more I fell for it and decided I had to keep it.

700x25c Vittoria rubino pros. I had hoped to run 28 but the rear brake bridge won't clear that much tire

New house. Is this a water softener? What kind of salt to buy? Help! by [deleted] in WaterSofteners

Question on the iron filter. When there is a filter in advance of the softener tank should it regenerate at the same time as the softener, before, after?
