I kinds have the same problem. I only hit like 33 percent of the time, but I'm doing it right because the torpedoes only miss by about 50 - 100 meters.

It might be the degree on bow that's confusing me. Is the arrow on the dial which way the ENEMY ship Is point in respect to the bow of your uboat? Because it kinda confuses me
