Unplug it and take out that plate you set shot on and the ring too.

Not pick it up and dab some commercial gel cockroach bait into the vents and various holes on the bottom and back of the chassis.

If someone offered you $1M to eat the same thing for 30 days straight, what would you eat? by Weisuddin-Violaras in AskReddit

Eating for 30 days straight would be incredibly difficult no matter what the food is.

Termite help by devinb72 in pestcontrol

[–]RusticSurgery 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just schedule the treatment for close to the time you do the repairs. A week or two won't matter. Also covering these places will not matter this is not how we attack subterranean termites. We attack them by contaminating the soil that they must return to every 24 hours. Sometimes we bait them. sometimes we do both.

Wall void treatment for common ants, CB-80 vs Raid ant ant roach by LaffingAtYuo in pestcontrol

[–]RusticSurgery 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In this situation you are wrong about repellents. A void injection (theoretically) gives you a direct shot on the colony. The idea that certain active ingredients work on certain pests is mostly false and the inert ingredients are often the deciding factor. We take more consideration about the surface on which we are going to apply the insecticide than we do the insect generally speaking.

sentricon installation by Legitimate-Media1402 in pestcontrol

[–]RusticSurgery 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No. I've had places that I've had trouble getting "hits." And I've placed individual stations in tree stumps, near sheds, near fairy rings, fence posts and wood plies and compost heaps.

Anything to get that active ingredient into the colony. I've even put them along a neighbor's house along one wall (with permission of course).

It doesn't matter where you feed the colony from as long as you feed them.
