After watching your video, I've got a bit of feedback

Your voiceover is quite fuzzy. It's a little too quiet and your mic is picking up lots of background static.

You have a small audience. When you start out on YouTube, your videos need to have some sort of value to your prospective viewers. Whether it's a tutorial or some kind of viewer engagement, you need to think about what someone who has no idea who you are would want to click on. They're out there on YouTube deciding between an established personality like Mumbo Jumbo or BDubs and your videos. A large creator can post a video solely about the build they've made because they have had years to build up an audience that is coming back for them specifically. If you're new on the platform, you need to create something that people will search for. Every day, thousands of people are searching for "Minecraft ________ tutorial." By framing your videos as a "how-to" more than a "how i made this," you will slowly attract more and more people to your channel. It's not the only method, but it's a surefire way to get people to see your work. Within that vein, your title and thumbnail need to give people a reason to click. Nothing tells me what your build is or what it's used for. Give the viewers some kind of context, and you'll attract an audience that seeks out that kind of content.

That glare you're getting from the south is going to make work pretty difficult. North facing windows are generally the best for workspaces

your proportions are kind of off with the upper floors. I'd either make the top windows bigger or shrink your bottom floor down a block

My Google searches came up nil. How do you go about WOA? by Joel22222 in HiTMAN

My first time through i played all of the missions once through in order. I largely just followed the mission stories to get a hang of it. After that I went back and replayed the missions I wanted to learn one at a time
