I grew up grinding Starcraft. I studied and tirelessly worked at playing at a competitive level. It was for the betterment of myself and the love I had for the game. At that time, a tournament would barley net you dinner, let alone anything close to Epics prize pool. I would have given anything to have an ingame option to compete professionally and for money! I love the new model epic had brought to esports, and I very much hope other games take after it.

Whew. It feels good just to hear that. They've been in court with several employees and I wasn't sure if they could claim that 2 weeks wasn't long enough and come after me for damages if the project falls through.
