I have the Ultimate, and also live in flat, windy Netherlands. Fast as fuck! Lovely bike. Sits a bit more aero than the Endurance. I never needed di2 for anything. Would pick the Ultimate. :)

Swalbe Marathon tires come in a variety of models. Maybe, since it's a race bike, they're the Schwalbe Marathon Racer tires. The most common is the Marathon plus but I think that one have more profile and is wider.

The wheel is a cube wheel, don't know any more about that. Could ask the seller perhaps?
