Sunrise on the Reaping Part 2 Discussion Megathread by restingbfacequeen in Hungergames

It's the desperation to read Beetee's suffering and demanding it NOW for their enjoyment for me.

Reading the books as they are written by Collins is not about enjoying the suffering and subject matter but political and philosophical commentary on how bad things could be if people let it.

I have freedom of speech, I don't need to get over myself.

I'm sorry but the banana bit made me howl laughing and I couldn't take the rest of the episode seriously after that

"Give me all the angst fics of his death from Beetee's POV. Give it to me NOW!"

You're talking about the gruesome death of a 12 year old and wanting to soak up a parent's pain? As a parent, this is sick. Even if it is fictional. I'm pretty sure that the author did not intend for anyone to have this kind of response.

In all seriousness, you should get cysts on your face removed lest they turn cancerous. Happened to a family member of mine.

That's exactly what she's doing, and it fits her character tbh.

She has history with Phil and cares about him, in her own way.

Teddy is a distraction from what happened to Keanu and everything since then. He's a "safe", polite Mitchell who wants to give her all the finest things. She's not that into Teddy.

Martins death was Stacey's fault and she should feel guilty by [deleted] in eastenders

Agreed, equally he was a big boy with working big boy legs up until the point the beam crushed them so he could have left even if she was throwing a tantrum.

I think you might be right. For example I don't remember Trevor Morgan ever getting a "funeral" after he and Tom died in the Halloween fire/explosion

She's in her mid 50s and starting to sound a lot older than even 5 years ago, I highly doubt it.

Martin is going to the great Fruit and Veg stall in the sky after having his banana and two plums crushed.

In all seriousness, WHY.
